Biography

Duggan served as foredeck on Colgate 26's during his 4/C fall season before moving to the TP-52 Hooligan and Custom Ker 50 Wahoo. Colin raced in the NYYC Annual Regatta and helped Wahoo secure a first place victory in their class. Colin now competes aboard the J-105 Avenger. Majoring in operations research.
