Biography

McClelland grew up sailing on Lake Lanier before coming to the Naval Academy. While on VOST, he served as the assistant navigator and grinder for the Ker 50, Wahoo during his 4/C spring and summer, skippered a Colgate during his 3/C fall, served as the navigator for Wahoo during his 3/C spring and summer, trimmed jib on a Navy 44 his 2/C fall, and was the skipper of Wahoo during his 2/C spring and summer.
