Biography

Blount had never stepped aboard a sailboat before coming to USNA. In his first spring season he sailed on Hooligan, a TP-52, as the staysail trimmer and sewer. Now in his second fall semester he is on the J105 Dreadnought as jib and spinnaker trimmer. Majoring in systems engineering.
