Biography

Francis grew up playing ice hockey and tennis before coming to Navy. While on VOST, he served on TP52 Corsair, NA22 Integrity, NA 23 Defiance, and TP52 Hooligan. He has competed in the Annapolis to Newport Ocean Race, New York Yacht Club Annual Regatta, and Block Island Race Week twice, and Southern Bay Race Week, Annapolis to Bermuda Ocean Race once, in addition to numerous local regattas. This past summer he served as XO aboard TP52 Hooligan. Majoring in oceanography.
