At Navy: As a member of VOST, Tom has served as Skipper of NA-22 Integrity, J015 Allegiance, and the Navy 26 Colgates, as well as XO of NA-23 Defiance and co-captain of the JV team while serving as a Colgate skipper ... Tom has competed in numerous offshore races including the Bermuda Ocean Race, Marion to Bermuda Cruising Yacht Race, the Annapolis to Newport Race in addition to several inshore regattas including Hampton Bay Race week and the New York Yacht Club Annual Regatta.
