Biography

Bauer from Allentown, Pa., grew up powerboating on the Chesapeake Bay. While on VOST, he has been a sail trimmer on the TP52 for two seasons and a sail trimmer on a Navy 44 the last two fall seasons. This past summer he was the skipper/tactician aboard the Farr 40 Zephyr. Zack has competed in the McMilan Cup, Kennedy Cup, LA Harbor Cup, NYYC Annual Regatta, US Offshore Championship, and Block Island Race Week.
