Biography

2003-04: Improved tremendously during his junior campaign ... averaged a total score of 1529.7, more than 25 points better than his career average ... recorded the best performance of his career against Army with a 1159 in the smallbore and a 388 in air rifle for a 1547 total score ... matched the smallbore mark at the next competition at the MAC Championship.

2002-03: Shot in nine meets during the season ... picked up season-high marks against Army with an 1141 in smallbore and a 1523 total score.

2001-02: Competed in three meets as a freshman ... shot against USP, Duquesne and Army.

High School: Is a five-time letterwinner on the rifle team ... is a top shooter in his high school league ... served as the team captain his final three years ... team MVP each of those years (1998-01) ... team won the county championship in 2000 ... also lettered four years on the cross country team ... member of the National Honor Society ... earned the Eagle Scout honor.
