SENIOR (2017-18): Team Captain ... during his final season at Navy, Sarant averaged 570.8 in 13 smallbore appearances and compiled a 583.3 average in air rifle … set a career-best in smallbore on Nov. 11 with a 581 in smallbore and just missed matching his career against Army in the 2018 Star Match after recording a 580 … Sarant posted a season-best in air rifle at the John Jay – NCAA Qualifier on Feb. 17 with a score of 589.

JUNIOR (2016-17): Appeared in all 12 matches for Navy as a junior, shooting smallbore 11 times and air rifle on 12 occasions ... posted the second-highest air rifle scoring average with 584.3 points per match and was fourth in smallbore with a 569.7 average ... 1154.0 aggregate average ranked fourth on Navy ... surpassed 570 points in six competitions with a career-high 580 coming versus Kentucky on Oct. 15 ... a consistent starter for Navy in air rifle, he posted 580 or better scores in 11 of 12 matches with six over 585 ... shot a career-best 591 against VMI and John Jay in a tri-meet on Oct. 1.

SOPHOMORE (2015-16): Appeared in all 14 matches for the Mids as a sophomore earning 13 starts in smallbore and eight in air rifle … registered a 562.0 smallbore average and a 578.6 average in air rifle … constantly recorded scores within three points of his smallbore average with nine match marks between 559 and 565, while he was similarly constant in air rifle with 11 scores between 575 and 582 … his season-highs were a 570 in smallbore versus North Carolina State on Oct. 17 and a 584 in air rifle against Ole Miss on Feb. 13.

FRESHMAN (2014-15): Saw immediate action for the Mids as a freshman and appeared in 14 matches shooting smallbore and 13 shooting air rifle … posted averages of 559.2 in smallbore and 580.9 in air rifle … notched a season-best 571 versus North Carolina State on Nov. 8 and a 586 versus TCU on Jan. 31 … scored in the 580’s in air rifle in seven different competitions.

PRIOR TO NAVY: Earned four letters in rifle as a member of the Massapequa High School squad ... selected to New York's 2014 All-State team ... won the Nassau County individual championship in 2013 ... named four times to the All-County team ... served as the team captain during his junior and senior seasons and helped lead Massapequa to state and county championships in two guns in 2014 and one gun in 2013.

GENERAL: Son of Brian and Beatriz ... sister, Elizabeth, participated with the UConn women's rowing team for four seasons from 2009-2013.
