Played and started all 30 games for Navy as a freshman guard … member of the Patriot League All-Rookie Team after collecting five Patriot League Rookie of the Week nods during the season; Nov. 21, Nov. 28, Dec. 12, Jan. 16 and Feb. 13 (led all league rookies with five; second all-time at Navy) … highest scoring freshman in the Patriot League posting an 11.6 points per game average; additionally was first among freshmen in three-pointers per game (1.9) and minutes per game (33.9) … tied with teammate Kate Samson for the highest rebounding average (4.6) among freshmen in the league … overall ranked third in three-pointers per game, third in minutes, 13th in rebounding and 15th in scoring in the Patriot League … the only member of Navy’s 2022-23 squad to start all 30 games, Louridas reached double figures in 20 contests with five games of 20 or more, including matching career-highs of 24 versus Monmouth on Nov. 22 and Loyola on Jan. 14 … sank three or more three-pointers in 10 different contests with six makes against the Hawks and later five against the Greyhounds as part of the above-mentioned games … grabbed six or more rebounds nine times with four nine-rebound games to her name (all four would have been double-doubles: 20p/9r against Idaho on Nov. 27; 14p/9r versus Eastern Shore; 20p/9r at Army on Jan. 21 and 10p/9r versus Holy Cross on Feb. 4) … posted five or more assists five times with a season-high of seven on Dec. 1 against Maryland Eastern Shore (finished second on the team with 65 total helpers) … the fifth-highest scoring freshman in Navy’s program history with 349 total points … 12th-ever Navy player to eclipse 1,000-minute plateau as she finished with 1,017 minutes of action

Four-year letterwinner on the basketball and volleyball teams at Bethlehem Central High School, Louridas was a standout guard for head coach Kim Wise during the school year and Tom Huerter during the club season with the Albany City Rocks ... broke through at Bethlehem Central as a sophomore in 2019-20, earned her first Suburban Council All-League honor ... the following year, Louridas was recognized again on the all-league team, while serving as team captain ... as a senior in 2021-22, was named First Team All-Suburban Council, Times Union Large-School Girls Basketball First Team, News Channel 13 High School Basketball All-Star Team and New York State Class AA All-State Seventh Team.

Daughter of Jaime and Aaron ... father played two years of collegiate basketball at New York University ... uncle Cory Czajka played four years of baseball at Holy Cross ... recognized as the 2022 Suburban Council Outstanding Student-Athlete Award ...
