Ran in six meets for the Mids ... posted a ninth-place finish in her first-collegiate race at Virginia Tech with a time of 15:48.52 ... also competed at the Patriot League Championship.

Attended Bethel Park High School ... lettered four times in cross country and track ... served as team captain for the cross country team during her senior year ... helped her cross country team to the 1999 and 2000 Western Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic League Section titles ... was a member of the National Honor Society.
