High School:
• Helped lead the Archbishop Spalding cross country team to the 2011 and [apos]12 Interscholastic Athletic Association of Maryland (IAAM) championships
• Part of the 4x800 relay team that won the indoor and outdoor IAAM championships in 2011 and `12
• Earned four varsity letters in cross country and track and captained the teams as a senior
• Named cross country and track team MVP as a senior
