Competed for Urbana High School in cross country (4 letters), outdoor track & field (4) and indoor track & field (3); additionally competed in triathlons for MC Elite and swimming for the Monocacy Aquatic Club … 2018 Frederick County Runner of the Year … won both the Frederick County and Central Maryland Conference (CMC) cross country championships in 2018 … 2019 CMC Champion in the 1600m event at both the indoor and outdoor championships … collected six combined All-Frederick County honors over XC (4), ITF (1) and OTF (1) ... helped Urbana win three combined Maryland Class 4A State Championships; for indoor track & field in 2019 and 2020 and outdoor track & field in 2020 … as a senior captained her XC, OTF and ITF teams … daughter of Rick and Karen; father participated in cross country and track & field at Northern Arizona University, he currently serves in the U.S. Army … born in Denver, grew up in Maryland
