• Attended Washington Township High School, where she earned four letters in cross country, four in outdoor track and three in indoor track
• Named first-team all-county in cross country as a freshman and sophomore
• Earned second-team all-conference honors in cross country as a junior and senior
• Captained the cross country team during her final-three seasons
• Served as the track team captain as a junior and senior
• Helped the cross country team to a county title in 2005
