Heath Hill serves as an Assistant Director of Equipment Operations. Hill works primarily with the sprint football, volleyball, women's lacrosse and sailing programs.

Prior to Navy, Hill interned with the Carolina Panthers as an equipment manager from July 2020 through December 2021. His stint with the NFL team was the second of his young career as he interned as an undergrad during the summer of 2019.

While an undergraduate at East Carolina University, Hill worked as a student equipment manager with the football team from 2016 to 2020.

Hill graduated from ECU with a bachelor's degree in sports studies and a minor in business administration in 2020.
