Career Honors: Second Team All-Patriot League (2023)
2023: Raced with the first varsity eight crew throughout all eight contests, including the Patriot League and NCAA Championships ... Navy's V8 won gold at that Patriot League Championship and was named PL Boat of the Year.
2022: Competed as member of Navy's 3V8 in all four regular season regattas.
2021: Suited up twice for Navy as a freshman; raced with the 2V4 in the regular season versus Northeastern and George Washington.

Prior to Navy
Earned eight varsity letter at St. Henry District HS in swimming (4), track & field (3) and cross country (1) ... Also swam with the R.C. Durr YMCA club team ... Named MVP of her swim team as a junior and later served as team captain as a senior ... Holds the school record for the 50- fly and 50- free at St. Henry ... Selected as the Crusader of the Year for 2019-20 for her leadership ... Member of St. Henry's 2016 Kentucky Class A State Championship winning XC team ... Freihofer and St. Henry's track & field team won regional titles in 2017 and 2018.
