At Navy
• Rowed with the varsity eight crew in the second seat in 2014
• Member of the second varsity crew that won the Patriot League championship in 2013
• Part of the varsity eight boat as a freshman in 2012
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll in 2014
High School
• Earned four varsity letters each in alpine skiing, soccer and tennis at Fairfield
• Four-time Connecticut state champion in skiing, also four-time all-league honoree
• Helped ski team to team state championships in 2009 and `11
• Earned a medal in skiing at the 2007 Junior Olympics
• Captained both the soccer and tennis teams as a senior and was also selected to the All-State team in tennis

• Father, Glenn, played basketball at Southern Connecticut State University
