2018-19 (Senior Season): Earned four All-Patriot League accolades on the year, including two first team nods … Finished first in the 400m hurdles with a season-best time of 59.52 at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship to earn First Team All-Patriot League honors, while helping the 4x400m relay team post the fastest time of the season of 3:46.80 to win and claim first-team distinction during the PL Indoor Championship … Earned Second Team All-Patriot League in the 500m indoor (1:14.35 – season best) and the 4x400m outdoor relay (3:4318 – season best) … Finished just outside of all-conference distinction, coming in third place in the 400m dash with a season-best time of 55.65 at the PL Outdoor Championship.
 
2017-18 (Junior Season): Earned First Team All-Patriot League as an individual in the 400m (outdoor), while earning First Team All-Patriot League in the 4x400m relay for both the indoor and outdoor seasons … Also combined for Second Team All-League accolades in the 4x100m relay during the outdoor season … Placed eighth at the ECAC Outdoor Championship in the 400m with a time of 55.66 to earn All-East distinction … Had a season-best time of 25.56 in the 200m (indoor) at the PL Championships, while clocking a best time of 25.08 in the 200m (outdoor) at the Virginia Challenge … Notched a season-best time of 55.06 in the 400m (indoor) at the Last Chance Meet, while finishing first at the PL Outdoor Championships with an outdoor best time of 55.05 in the 400m … Best finish in the 800m (2:15.43 – indoor; 2:13.19 – outdoor) came against Army in the annual Star Meet presented by USAA.
 
2016-17 (Sophomore Season): Member of the 4x400m and 4x800m relay teams that finished second at the Patriot League Indoor Championship to claim Second Team All-League honors … Posted a fourth place finish in the 500m dash at the Patriot League Indoor Championship with a season-best time of 1:13.66 … Earned a seventh place finish at the ECAC Indoor Championship with a time of 1:14.07 in the 500m … Claimed first in the 500m at the Army-Navy Indoor Star Series Meet with a time of 1:15.29 … Took first place honors in the 400m at the Army-Navy Outdoor Star Series Meet, helping the Midshipmen earn the Star.

2015-16 (Freshman Season): Earned Second Team All-Patriot League with a second-place finish in the 800m run with a time of 2:09.16 at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship … Won the 800m run at the Army-Navy Outdoor Star Meet with a time of 2:11.46 … Helped the 4x400-meter relay team win the Army-Navy Outdoor Star meet with a time of 3:49.68 … Ran a season-best 57.75 in the 400-meter dash at the Army-Navy Indoor Star Meet … Placed fifth at the ECAC Indoor Championship in the 500m with a time of 1:13.56 … Won the 800m run at the Sweetheart Multi-Mix Madness with a time of 2:16.48.
