2021-22 (Junior Season): INDOOR: Recorded a season-best time of 2:18.74 in the 800m at the Navy Select, while posting a time of 5:27.10 in the mile at the Navy Invitational … Competed in the 4x400m relay (4:05.49) at the Navy Select and the distance medley relay (12:45.63) at the Wesley Brown Invitational … OUTDOOR: Clocked a season-best time of 2:23.06 in the 800m at the George Mason Invitational, while notching a time of 5:00.30 in the 1,500m at the Navy Spring Meet II.
 
2020-21 (Sophomore Season): INDOOR: Clocked a season-best time of 3:03.94 in the 1,000m against William & Mary, while posting top performances in the 400m (1:03.63) and 800m (2:21.56) at the Navy Intrasquad 3 … OUTDOOR: Recorded a season-best time of 2:18.59 in the 800m at the Navy Invitational II, while notching a top performance of 5:06.07 in the 1,500m at the Navy Invite III.
 
2019-20 (Freshman Season): INDOOR: Registered a season-best time of 2:19.06 in the 800m run at the Navy Select, while clocking a top performance of 3:03.77 in the 1,000m run at the Darius Dixon Invitational … Also competed in the 4x400m and distance medley relays during the indoor season … OUTDOOR: Did not compete during the outdoor season, which was shortened by the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19).
 
High School / Personal: Participated in both track (4 letters) and cross country (2) at Blessed Trinity Catholic High School … Collected All-GHSA Class 4A State honors in the 800m run as a senior in 2019, as well as in the 4x400m relay in 2017 … Served as team captain of the track and cross country teams during 2017-18-19 seasons … Her 2017 and 2018 cross country teams placed third at the GHSA 4A State Championships … Member of the National Honor Society and was a student government class representative at Blessed Trinity … Daughter of Kurt and Cindy … Both parents are graduates from the Naval Academy, her father is a Class of 1988 grad, while her mother is a Class of 1990 grad … Mother rowed at Navy from 1986-90 … Older sister Katie (’21) is a current member of the women’s rowing team at the Naval Academy … Cousin Jamie Miller (’20) also attended USNA.
