- Clocked a season-best time of 8.40 in the 60m dash to place 22nd at the Navy Open
- Turned in a 27.68 in the 200m dash to place 19th at the Navy Open
- Posted a 13.58 in the 100m dash at the outdoor McDaniel Twilight to place fourth
- Ran a 27.77 in the 200m dash at the outdoor Navy Invitational to place 20th
- Also ran a 1:04.13 in the 400m dash at the Navy Invitational to take 14th place
- Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll 2010-11 (Sophomore Season):
- Did not see any action 2009-10 (Freshman Season):
- Ran an outdoor season-best time of 28.37 in the 200m dash at the Navy Lidlifter
- Posted a 1:06.15 in the 400m dash at the Kloiber Invite
- Ran 8.72 in the 60m dash at the Sweetheart Meet
- Posted a 1:06.75 in the 400m dash at the Navy Six-Team indoor meet
- Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll High School:
- A 2009 graduate of Calvert High School
- Earned four letters in track and field, competing in 100m, 200m and 400m
- Also lettered two years in cross country and was a team captain
- Named team MVP of the cross country team in 2007
- Member of the National Honor Society
- Member of Golden Key Society Personal:
- Younger sister, Candace, is a member of the Navy women's lacrosse team and is in the Class of 2015.
- Daughter of Ronald and Cherise Ross
- Father, Ronald, is Senior Chief in the U.S. Navy
