Naval Academy Athletics

2014-15 (Junior Season):
- Placed third at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship in the high jump with a mark of 5-5 (1.65m)
- Tied-for second in the high jump at the Army-Navy Outdoor Star Meet with a mark of 5-3 (1.60m)
- Tallied an indoor season-high long jump mark of 15-5 (4.70m) at the Navy Lid Lifter
- Recorded an indoor season-high high jump mark of 5-3.25m (1.61m) at the Patriot Games

2013-14 (Sophomore Season):
- Placed sixth in the javelin with a throw of 88-1 (26.84m) at the Towson Invite

2012-13 (Freshman Season):
- Placed seventh in the pentathlon at the Patriot League Indoor Championship with 2878 points.
- Scored 2811 points to place fourth in the pentathlon at the Navy Multi Madness Meet.
- Ran a 9.55 in the 60m hurdles to place second at the Army-Navy Indoor Star Meet.
- Placed eighth in the prelims of the 60m hurdles at the Patriot League Indoor Championship at 9.67.
- Had a season-best long jump effort of 15-7¾ (4.77m) in the pentathlon at the Patriot League Indoor Championship.
- Cleared 5-0½ (1.54m) in the high jump in the pentathlon at the Navy Multi Madness Meet.
- Had a season-best shot put mark of 31-10¼ (9.71m).

High School:
- A 2011 graduate of Cathedral Catholic, where she earned four letters in track and field and three in equestrian.
- Competed in the hurdles and multi-events on the track team.
- Placed sixth at the USATF youth outdoor national championships in the pentathlon in 2007.
- Won the CIF 100m hurdles title and helped lead her team to a CIF championship.
- Two-time track and field MVP.
- Team captain of the track and field team as a senior.
- President of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
- Co-President of the Fight Cystic Fibrosis club.
- Volunteered on the USS Midway Museum.

Personal:
- Daughter of Steven and Elizabeth Gale.
- Attended the Naval Academy Preparatory School in Newport, Rhode Island during the 2011-12 academic year.
- Majoring in cyber operations.
