2019-20 (Freshman Season): INDOOR: Recorded a season-best time of 1:01.43 in the 400m dash at the Navy Select, while clocking a top time of 1:19.78 in the 500m at the Navy Invitational II … Competed in the 4x400m relay throughout the indoor season … OUTDOOR: Did not compete during the outdoor season, which was shortened by the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19).
 
High School / Personal: Lettered in track and field (4 years) and volleyball (4) at Newman Catholic High School … Won the State Championship in the 200m (2018), 400m (2017, ’18), and long jump (2018), while coming in second place in the 100m (2018) … Finished high school career with a pair of school records, while earning Conference MVP distinction (2016, ’17, ’18) … In volleyball, named First Team All-Conference (2016, ’17), All-Tournament (2016), and Most Improved Player (2016) … Member of the Pep Club, as well as Ambassadors and church volunteer … Prepped at NAPS during the 2018-19 school year … Daughter of Al and Dawn Barkholz.
