Ran in five meets for the Mids ... finished in the top half of the field at the season opener against Virginia Tech ... captured 16th place at the Salty Sea Dog Invitational in a time of 20:13.49 ... also ran at the Patriot League Championship.
2002:
Competed at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional for the Mids ... finished in the top third at the Salty Sea Dog Invitational with a time of 20:23.59. 2001: Finished fifth overall in her first collegiate race (Sea Gull Invitational) with a time of 19:41 ... helped the Mids capture the Navy Invitational crown by finishing 13th.
High School:
Attended Lakeland High School ... an all-state performer in cross country during her senior year ... lettered in cross country and track & field in all four years ... was a member of the National Honor Society ... listed in the Who[apos]s Who Among High School Students in 2000 ... named the 2001 Detroit Free Press Scholar-Athlete.
