2017-18 (Senior Season): Finished seventh in the pole vault with a height of 3.70m (12-01.50) at the ECAC Outdoor Championship to earn All-East accolades … Finished just outside of all-conference recognition with a fourth place finish at the Patriot League Indoor Championship with a season-best height of 3.85m (12-07.50) … Won the pole vault at the George Mason Spring Invitational with an outdoor season-best jump of 3.71m (12-02.00).
 
2016-17 (Junior Season): Placed second in the pole vault with a season-best height of 3.70m at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship to earn Second Team All-Patriot League accolades … Posted best height of 3.70m at the McDaniel Twilight … Notched a top height of 3.65m at the Patriot League Indoor Championship to finish in fourth … Qualified for the ECAC Outdoor Championship in the pole vault.
 
2015-16 (Sophomore Season): Recorded a season-best pole vault mark of 11ft-0.75in (3.37m) at the Spire D-1 Invitational … Tallied a season-best 400m dash time of 59.22 at the Army-Navy Outdoor Star Meet for third place.

2014-15 (Freshman Season): Placed first in the pole vault at the Sweetheart Multi-Mix meet with a mark of 10-4 (3.15m) … Recorded a season-best weight throw of 39-1 (11.91m) at the Navy Winter Invitational … Tallied a shot put mark of 34-0 (10.36m) at the Navy Blue & Gold Meet.

High School / Personal: Four-year letterwinner at Lake Braddock High School … Placed first in shot put at the Conference Championship in 2014 … Earned All-State honors in the pole vault and shot put in 2014 … Helped lead indoor squad to a Regional Championship and outdoor team to a Conference Championship during the 2013-14 season … Daughter of Paul and Judy Ruud.
