2019-20 (Junior Season): INDOOR: Recorded a season-best time of 2:21.74 in the 800m run at the Navy Invitational … Registered a time of 1:23.43 in the 500m run at the Patriot Games … Participated in the 4x400m and distance medley relays during the indoor season … OUTDOOR: Did not compete during the outdoor season, which was shortened by the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19).
 
2018-19 (Sophomore Season): INDOOR: Clocked a season-best time in the mile of 5:21.53 at the Wesley Brown Invitational … Recorded a time of 3:09.36 in the 1,000m indoor run at Princeton … OUTDOOR: Registered a time of 5:16.83 in the 1,500m outdoor run at the Navy Spring Invitational.
 
2017-18 (Freshman Season): INDOOR: Posted a season-best time of 2:21.99 in the 800m during the indoor season at the Wesley Brown Invitational … OUTDOOR: Notched a time of 2:23.34 in the 800m at the Dan Stimson Quad Meet during outdoor competition … Competed in the 400m hurdles with a season-best time of 1:08.48 at the Navy Spring Invitational.
 
High School / Personal: Competed in both track & field (4 letters) and cross country (3) at Pinecrest HS … Earned an All-Southeastern 4A Conference nod in 2016 as team won the conference title … In track, helped Pinecrest win the NCHSAA 4A East Regional championship with titles in the 4x400 relay, as well as in the pole vault … Collected 2016 All-State honors for efforts in outdoor 400-meter, 4x800 relay and pole vault … Served as team captain as a senior in 2016-17 for both programs … Participated in National Honor Society and Interact Club as the latter’s Vice President and eventual President … Daughter of Matthew and Juliana … Sister, Grace (USNA ’20), was a Midshipman and three-year teammate at the Naval Academy … Father played collegiate baseball at Long Beach State.
