Naval Academy Athletics

2012-13 (Junior Season):
- Ran a 5:45.56 in the mile at the Navy Invitational.
- Ran a 13:14.15 in the 3,000m steeplechase at the McDaniel Invite.
- Competed in three races during the cross country season.
- Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. 2011-12 (Sophomore Season):
- Posted a season-best 2:21.71 in the 800m at the outdoor Larry Ellis Invite to place 47th.
- Ran a 2:22 in the 800m at the Maryland Invite (8th) and the Army-Navy Outdoor Star Meet (5th).
- Clocked a 4:49.63 to place third in the 1,5000m run at the McDaniel Twilight Meet.
- Ran a 2:23.66 in the 800m at the indoor Navy Sweetheart Meet to place fifth.
- Clocked a 3:06.52 to place fifth in the 1,000m at the indoor Navy Classic.
- Ran on the 4x800m relay team that plafed second at the Army-Navy Star Meet with a time of 9:29.26.
2010-11 (Freshman Season):
- Competed in the 400m, 800m, 1,000m, 4x400m and 4x800m relay during the indoor season.
- Member of 4x800m relay team that took first place at the Indoor Army-Navy Star Meet with a time of 9:24.73, an ECAC-qualifying time.
- Also won the 4x800m relay at the Navy Lidlifter with a time of 9:36.16.
- Ran a season best time of 1:03.12 to place sixth in the 400m at the Army-Navy Indoor Star Meet.
- Ran a season-best time of 2:26.57 in the 800m for a fourth place finish at the Sweetheart Meet.
- Placed 11th at the Navy Invitational in the 1,000m with a time of 3:15.69.
- Competed in the 800m and the 1,500m during the outdoor season.
- Ran a 2:29.68 in the 800m to place third in Navy's Outdoor Tri-Meet.
- Ran a 5:01.50 to place fifth in the Outdoor Army-Navy Star Meet.
- Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. High School:
- Earned four letters in track and four in cross country at Mt. Lebanon High School.
- Key member of the cross country team that won the 2006 Western Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic League title.
- Won consecutive Mollenauer Awards in cross country (2007, `08) and also one in track (2008).
- Named track team MVP in 2007. Personal:
