2011-12 (Junior Season):
- Ran a personal-best 1:01.59 in the 400m dash to place ninth at the indoor Navy Lidlifter
- Clocked a 1:01.56 in the 400m to place sixth at the indoor Navy Sweetheart Meet
- Took 18th at the indoor Patriot Games in the 400m with a time of 1:02.23
- Placed third in the 500m at the Army-Navy Indoor Star Meet with a personal-best 1:18.17
- Turned in a 1:18.40 in the 500m to place 10th at the Patriot League Indoor Championship
- Ran a leg of Navy's 4x400m team that placed second at the Navy Lidlifter with a time of 3:58.00
- During the outdoor season, ran a 1:06.22 in the 400m hurdles to place 10th at the Patriot League Championship
- Clocked a 1:07.38 in the 400m hurdles to place fourth at the Army-Navy Outdoor Star Meet 2010-11 (Sophomore Season):
- Ran a 1:11.84 in the 400m hurdles to place sixth at the Navy Tri-Meet
- Ran an indoor season-best time of 1:04.67 in the 400m to place 16th at the Navy Lidlifter
- Ran an indoor season-best time of 1:23.44 at the Navy Invitational in the 500m
- Posted a 9.49 in the 60m hurdles to place fourth at the Army-Navy Indoor Star Meet
- Also ran a 9.70 in the 60m hurdles at the Sweetheart Meet
- Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll 2009-10 (Freshman Season):
- Ran a 15.52 in the 100m hurdles at the Army-Navy Outdoor Star Meet
- Also ran a 15.56 in the 100m hurdles at the Kloiber Invite
- Ran a 1:08.09 to place 12th in the 400m hurdles at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship
- Ran an 8.63 in the 60m dash at the Delaware Invite
- Posted a 1:03.31 in the 400m at the Patriot League Indoor Championship
- Ran a season-best time of 9.54 in the 60m hurdles at the Navy Six-Team Meet
- Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll High School:
- A 2009 graduate of Broadneck High School in Annapolis, Md.
- Competed in the 100m and 300m hurdles
- Placed 11th at the Maryland State Championship in the 300m hurdles in 2009
- Placed fourth in the 100m hurdles and the 300m hurdles at the Anne Arundel County Championship in 2009
