Naval Academy Athletics

High School
•     Graduated from Montgomery High School.
•    Captained the volleyball team as a junior when it won the state (Md.) title.
•    Also was a three-year member of the Montgomery High School track and field team.
•    The indoor team placed second in the state as a junior.
•    Served as her class president in three years.
•    Spent her senior year as an exchange student with the State Department attending Evangelisches Gymnasium Siegen-Weidenau in Siegen, Germany.
•    Played club volleyball for MVSA Volleyball Club (Rockville, Md.) and OLPE Volleybal Club (Germany).

Personal
•    Mother played volleyball at Florida State.
•    Older brother is a student at Army.
•    Did a three-year internship on Capital Hill with Congressman Pete Sessions.
