High School
•              Graduated from Stone Bridge High School.
•              Was a member of the school’s volleyball team.
•              Helped the team win the state (Va.) title during her sophomore season.
•              Individually that year she was named the district, region and state player of the year.
•              Went on to earn all-district and all-region awards in each of her final three seasons.
•              Played on the club level for Metro Volleyball.
•              Was a member of the school’s student council and the National Honor Society.
 
Personal
•              Mother was a member of the cross country team at Brevard College.
