Dropped down to 184 pounds where he made eight starts … Finished the season with a 13-13 overall record and a 3-5 mark in dual meets … Represented Navy at the EIWA Championship where he went 2-2 which was highlighted with a ranked victory over 32nd-ranked Giuseppe Hoose from Drexel … Opened the season with a third-place finish at the Clarion Open going 3-2 where he earned his first career ranked victory over No. 30 Michael Bartush out of Bucknell (7-6) … Placed second in the Navy Classic … Also competed in the Cliff Keen Las Vegas Invitational and the Soldier Salute. 
 
2023-24 // Freshman Year
Navy’s starter at 197 pounds in five duals … Posted an overall record of 13-14 and went 1-4 in duals … Earned first countable victory in his collegiate career against Purdue’s Macartney Parkinson (13-0) … Won his first dual match over Lock Haven’s Cael Black (9-2) … Finished in eighth place at the Solider Salute … Also wrestled in the Clarion Open, Navy Classic, Patriots Open and Franklin & Marshall Open.

A 2023 graduate of Lake Highland Preparatory School in Orlando, Fla. … Earned four varsity letters in wrestling and football … Garnered All-America honors in the Ironman (eighth), Beast of the East (second), National Prep (third) and National High School Coaches Association (fifth) Championships … Helped Lake Highland Preparatory finish second overall at the 2023 National Prep Championship … Member of National Honor Society and Black Student Union … High school teammate of Navy wrestler Jonathan Ley.
