• Locksmith in 2016-17 (Fr.):  Put together a 2-1 record at the Bearcat Open where he defeated Drexel’s Vincent Foggia, 10-2, to earn his first collegiate victory.

• High School: A 2016 graduate of Osceola High School in Kissimmee, Fla., Locksmith was a two-sport athlete, lettering in baseball (2) and wrestling (3) ... earned All-State (Fla.) and all-county honors in wrestling as a sophomore and served as team captain his senior year ... placed second at the Florida State Championship at 132 pounds his senior year ... member of his high school wrestling teams that won district, region and county titles in 2013-14-16 ... baseball teams won district and county crowns in 2015-16 ... member of the National Honor Society.

• Personal: Son of Gregory and Mary Anne Locksmith ... father, Gregory, and uncle, Guy Locksmith, both wrestled at Notre Dame ... brother, Timothy, wrestled at Wabash College ... brother, Joe, is a 2014 graduate of the Naval Academy and was a member of the wrestling team ... majoring in Systems Engineering.
