Wrestled at 184 pounds during freshman season … Posted a 10-7 record and won lone dual match … Earned first collegiate victory over Kingsley Menifee by a 13-9 decision to help the Mids beat Morgan State, 39-0 … Went 3-1 at the National Collegiate Open to finish in second place … Placed fifth at the Navy Classic with a 4-1 record … Compiled a 1-2 record to take sixth place at the Soldier Salute … Also wrestled in the Franklin & Marshall Open and Mat Town College Open II.

A 2022 graduate of Wheeler High School in Marietta, Ga. … Earned four varsity letters in wrestling … Claimed the Class 6A State Championship (Ga.) in 2022 after finishing as the runner-up in 2021 … Named the 2022 Cobb County Wrestling Association (CCWA) Wrestler of the Year after winning the state title with a 29-0 record.
