Bill Givens serves as the Senior Associate Athletic Director for Stadium Operations. 

During the summer of 2012, the Collegiate Event and Facility Management Association (CEFMA) named Givens to its Board of Directors.

Prior to Navy, Givens spent six years as a Assistant Athletic for Director for Operations and Facilities at Arizona State University. Givens also had a stint at Southern Utah University and got his start at LSU as the Director of Operations for Tiger Stadium.

Givens is a 1990 graduate of LSU and resides in Annapolis with his wife, Kay.
