Bill Givens serves as the Associate Athletic Director for Operations & Championships. Givens is also the sport administrator of the wrestling and track & field programs.

During the summer of 2012, the Collegiate Event and Facility Management Association (CEFMA) named Givens to its Board of Directors.

Prior to Navy, Givens spent six years as a Assistant Athletic for Director for Operations and Facilities at Arizona State University. Givens also had a stint at Southern Utah University and got his start at LSU as the Director of Operations for Tiger Stadium.

Givens is a 1990 graduate of LSU and resides in Annapolis with his wife, Kay.
