Brittany Wolford serves as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for volleyball, squash and lightweight rowing.
Prior to her arrival at Navy, Wolford was an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at William & Mary for one year. While at William & Mary, Wolford oversaw the strength and conditioning programs for field hockey, men's and women's soccer, women's tennis, and men's and women's track and field.
Wolford also served as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Limestone College for a year and a half.
Wolford earned a master's degree in exercise science from the University of Toledo, where she spent two years as a graduate assistant on the strength and conditioning staff.
She earned her bachelor's degree in exercise physiology from West Virginia University, where she was a sprinter on the women's track and field team. While at West Virginia, she also interned in the strength and conditioning department.
Wolford is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA, a Strength and Conditioning Coach Certified through the CSCCa, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Sports Nutrition Specialist through the NASM, a Specialist in Sports Nutrition through the ISSA, as well as being CPR/AED certified.
