Joined Naval Academy Athletic Association: August 2008

Daniel Boeckenhauer serves as an Associate Director of Equipment Operations with a focus on the Navy Football program. He was elevated to this position in September 2025. Before working with the football team at the Naval Academy, Boeckenhauer provided service to the Mids' volleyball, women's lacrosse, sprint football, cross country, track & field and sailing programs.

Prior to Navy, Boeckenhauer worked as an Equipment Room Intern at Arizona State University for one year.

Boeckenhauer is a certified member of the Athletic Equipment Manger's Association (AEMA).

Boeckenhauer earned his bachelor's degree in sport management from Wayne State College (Neb.) in 2007. He currently resides in Crownsville with his wife, Denise and son Charlie.
