Greg Torcaso serves as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for men’s soccer and wrestling.
 
Prior to his arrival at Navy, Toracaso was the Assistant Director of Athletic Performance and Director of Applied Sports Science with Johns Hopkins University during the 2025-26 season. While with the Blue Jays, he worked with football, men’s lacrosse, track & field, tennis and wrestling programs.
 
Before Johns Hopkins, Torcaso as an Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach for two seasons at Towson University, serving as the football team’s lead for return-to-play as well as the head strength & conditioning coach for the baseball, softball, golf and tennis programs.
 
Torcaso was previously a sports performance intern in 2023 for both UMBC and Elon University. At Elon, he worked with the football, basketball and lacrosse programs, assisting with coaching and developing performance preparation for student athletes. At UMBC, he coached all 12 Division I sports in the weight room, court and field, using Sparta Science force plates and jump mats to administer tests to athletes as well.
 
Prior to that, Torcaso worked as a strength and conditioning coach at Axis Sports Performance in Columbia, Md., from May 2022 to May 2023. He led club and high school baseball, soccer and lacrosse teams through training, administered tests and evaluations and taught Olympic level lifting techniques to athletes aged 12-22.
 
Torcaso graduated from the University of Maryland in 2022 with a bachelor's degree in psychology, playing football for the Terrapins for one season.
