James Cristaldi serves as the Director of Annual Fund Operations and Engagement.

Prior to joining the NAAA in August of 2023, he worked at nearby University of Maryland as a gift acceptance coordinator the the school's athletic department beginning in September 2014. Before working across campus with Maryland's athletic department, Cristaldi served as a program management specialist in the University of Maryland's Office of Gift Acceptance for seven years.
