Matt Munnelly is in his 22nd year at Navy, where he serves as the Senior Associate Athletic Director for Ticket Operations and Summer Sports Camp Programs.

Munnelly began his career as an Athletic Intern at Muhlenberg College before coming to Navy from 1995-99. Within that time, he began as a Ticket Intern before moving up to Assistant Director of Tickets then Coordinator of Promotions. After spending two years as Director of Tickets at Oregon State University, he came back to Navy as Assistant Athletic Director for Tickets Operations and Summer Camps in 2002. Three years later, he was promoted to Associate Athletic Director.

Munnelly earned his master's degree in Athletic Administration from St. Thomas University (Fla.) in 1995 and his bachelor's degree in political science from Hobart College (N.Y.) in 1993. He currently resides in Annapolis with his wife, Christie Niebuhr Munnelly (USNA '92). They have four children Will, Hannah, Brendan and Shane.
