McMahon serves as the Assistant Director of Athletics for Business Affairs.
Since joining the NAAA in 2006, McMahon has played an integral role in athletic business operations, serving as a primary resource for coaches and staff across 20 program budgets. She oversees financial management and operational support for Football, Men’s and Women’s Basketball, Men’s and Women’s Lacrosse, Men’s and Women’s Soccer, Men’s and Women’s Rugby, Water Polo, Wrestling, Triathlon, and Rifle, in addition to supporting a variety of departmental operating budgets. McMahon also serves as the department liaison for staff travel management, coordinating travel operations and providing support to ensure efficient and successful departmental travel.
Prior to joining Navy, McMahon worked at Professional Business Management in Landover, Maryland.
McMahon resides in Stevensville with her husband, Matt, and their son, Britton.
