Tayia Ferguson serves as an Assistant Director of Equipment Operations. Ferguson works primarily with the men's and women's soccer, women's lacrosse and sailing programs.
Prior to coming to Annapolis, she was an assistant equipment manager at her alma mater, Towson University during the 2024-25 academic year. She had previously interned at Towson in roles with facilities and event management, as well as equipment. In these roles, she assisted in the execution of athletic events, and distribution of athletic equipment.
Ferguson graduated from Towson University in 2024 with a bachelor’s degree in sport management with a minor in business administration. During her Education at Towson, she was a member of the Sports Business Association, Safety Officer of the Women’s Lacrosse Club and Chairmen of Zeta Tau Alpha.
She is certified in CPR, AED, Basic First Aid and Training for Intervention Procedures.
