Naval Academy Athletics

Cliff Dooman started at the Naval Academy in August of 2000 and begins his 23rd year at Navy as an Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach. He's directly supports the Navy men's soccer and wrestling programs. He is also an Associate Professor in the Physical Education Department.

Prior to Navy, Dooman spent two years at The Ohio State University as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach.

He is Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA).

Dooman earned a bachelor’s of science degree in health fitness from Springfield College in 1995 and a Master’s of science degree in Education/Exercise Science from the University of Dayton in 1998.

Dooman and his wife, Shannon, have two sons, Sam and Cameron.
