Stacie Michaud serves as an Associate Athletic Director for Sports Information. In addition to serving as the secondary contact for the football program, she is the primary media contact for the men's lacrosse, men's golf and squash programs.

During her 25-plus years at Navy, she has also worked with the men's basketball, women's basketball, women's soccer, wrestling, volleyball and men's and women's swimming programs.

A member of the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA), Michaud's 2009 men's lacrosse media guide was selected as the best in the nation, as well as the media guide's cover.

She helped develop the first NCAA statistics manual for men's lacrosse in 2008 and continues to serve among the NCAA statistics committee that annually discusses rule changes and appropriate changes in statistics. She has twice served on the official stats crew for the Men's Lacrosse National Championship (Div. I, II, III). Appointed in December of 2018, she serves as a board member for the USILA, the governing body of collegiate men's lacrosse. She previously served as the committee chair for the NCAA Stats Advisory Board.

In November of 2011, she was presented the Doyle Smith Sports Information/Media Award for her promotion and coverage of the sport of lacrosse. She has also served on the Navy staff that has been named to the Super 11, presented annually by the Football Writers Association of America to the best performing College Sports Communications Departments among Div. I FBS schools. Navy has earned the award 6 times (2010-16-18-19-21-22), including 4 of the last 5 years.

Prior to Navy, Michaud spent one year as Assistant Director of Athletic Media Relations at the University of Oklahoma (1997-98).

Michaud, a native of Ames, Iowa, earned her bachelor's degree in exercise and sports sciences from Iowa State University in 1996. She currently resides in Annapolis.
