Loretta Lamar serves as the Senior Associate Athletic Director for Compliance and Senior Woman Administrator for the NAAA.

Prior to Navy, Lamar was an Administrative Fellow for the Pacific-10 Conference. She had also previously fulfilled the role of Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and Director of Compliance at the University of Texas at San Antonio.

Lamar earned her juris doctor degree from the University of Oregon in 1993 and her bachelor's degree from Stanford University in 1989. She currently resides in Annapolis.
