WASHINGTON (AP) - Andre Ingram had 18 points and nine rebounds and American held Navy to a season-low 14 field goals in a 55-46 victory Wednesday night.

Brayden Billbe added 11 points for American (10-10, 2-4 Patriot League), which scored 16 points off 16 Navy turnovers and outrebounded the Midshipmen 15-7 on the offensive glass.

Greg Sprink scored 16 for Navy (11-10, 1-5), which has lost seven of its last nine.

American's Arvydas Eitutavicius hit a 3 pointer to put the Eagles ahead for good 30-27 with just under 15 minutes left.
