ANNAPOLIS, Md. -- Saturday's 106th meeting of the Army-Navy series will be televised to a regional audience by CBS, marking the 12th straight year that the network will carry the storied men's basketball rivalry. The contest will be this year's "Star Game" as Navy is looking for its fifth straight "Star Game" victory over the Black Knights in the battle for the Alumni Trophy.

Ian Eagle, who has called several Army-Navy football games, will serve as the play-by-play man for the second straight year after he called Navy's 67-62 overtime thriller in West Point last year. He will be joined on the sidelines by former Duke All-American Jim Spanarkel. Tip time is set for 1:00 pm, and the game will be carried to 11 percent of the country by CBS affiliates in Albany, N.Y. (WRGB), New York (WCBS), Washington, D.C. (WUSA), Baltimore, Md. (WJZ), Salisbury, Md. (WBOC), Richmond, Va. (WTVR) and Norfolk, Va. (WTKR).

Navy fans that live in markets showing the UCLA at Arizona and Florida at Vanderbilt games will not be left out as CBS Sports and CSTV Networks' CSTV.com will provide video streaming for the broadcast. The game will be streamed online at www.navysports.com and www.cstv.com for All-Access subscribers.

Navy has won 23 of the last 26 Star Games between the two teams and lead the Star Game series, 49-34, including 29-12 in Annapolis. Navy has won the last 14 Star Games played in Annapolis, dating back to 1979. Army won this year's first meeting, 53-50, in West Point on Jan. 21.
