ANNAPOLIS, Md. -- The Navy men's and women's basketball teams will hold an Army-Navy brunch on Feb. 21, beginning at 11:00 am in the Bo Coppedge Room of Alumni Hall. The brunch will be held prior to the Army-Navy men's basketball game at 1:00 pm and the women's game to follow at 3:30 pm. Tickets, which include a game ticket, a brunch ticket and two drink tickets, are $40 for adults and $35 for kids.

The brunch menu will include Huevos Rancheros, sliced beef top round, biscuits and gravy, bacon and sausage links, scrambled eggs, ham and cheese sandwiches served with tomato soup, oven-roasted breakfast potatoes with roasted peppers, a fruit platter, cookies and fruit bars, mimosas and bloody marys. Halftime of the men's game will feature a recognition of the 2008 Navy Football team, winner of the last six consecutive Commander-In-Chief's Trophies. Following the football team recognition will be a performance by the 35-member Ohio Firecrackers Jump Ropers Team. The Firecrackers will feature their full 8-minute show during halftime of the women's game. Additionally the first 2,000 fans will receive a Navy shaker as they enter Alumni Hall.

The games will be the designated Star Game between the two teams. The men's team is currently 14-6 overall and 3-2 in the Patriot League standings. The women's team owns a 10-10 overall record and is also 3-2 in league play. Both teams will face the league leader, American, on Wednesday night. The men's team will face the Eagles at Alumni Hall, beginning at 7:00 pm, while the women's team travels to Washington, D.C.'s Bender Arena, for a 7:00 pm contest.
