ANNAPOLIS, Md. -- NavySports.com recently sat down with Navy senior guard Jordan Sugars to find out more about the men's basketball player from Winchester, Va. Sugars is one of eight players in school history to score 1,000 points by the end of his junior season and needs just 11 rebounds for 500 in his career. Sugars had perfect attendance in high school and once ate breakfast with the great Gale Sayers of the Chicago Bears.
The Navy men's basketball team will open its season on Friday, November 11 at Longwood in Farmville, Va., beginning at 7:00 pm. The home opener will take place two days later when the Mids host Penn State-Altoona at 4:00 pm on November 13 in Alumni Hall.
