SECURITY REGULATIONS
Fans are reminded that only those vehicles with a Department of Defense sticker affixed to it will be allowed to drive onto the grounds of the USNA. All other visitors to The Yard have the option of either finding parking in downtown Annapolis and walking through the Academy's gates, or else parking at nearby Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium's blue side ($5 per vehicle) and riding the free shuttle bus to and from Alumni Hall.

THE GAME
Navy returns home for a mid-week game on Wednesday night when it hosts Holy Cross at 7:00 pm at Alumni Hall. The Midshipmen will be looking to avenge a four-point setback suffered in Worcester, Mass., in mid-January, in addition to looking for their first Patriot League win of the season. Navy enters the contest with a 3-19 overall record and an 0-8 mark in the Patriot League after falling to Lafayette, 62-41, on Saturday afternoon. Holy Cross is 9-13 overall and 3-5 in the Patriot League standings, having lost five of its last six games after beginning league play with a 2-0 mark.

THE OPPONENT
Holy Cross enters Wednesday's game with a 9-13 overall mark and sits in a fifth-place tie, two games out of fourth place, in the Patriot League standings with a 3-5 mark. Holy Cross has been plagued by inconsistency, defeating Boston College (86-64) and Lehigh (84-78) during the course of the year, but having lost by 20 or more points four times this year, including its last outing, a 75-51 setback to Lehigh on Saturday.
Holy Cross has lost five of its last six games and sit at 9-13 overall after starting the year 8-8. Holy Cross has averaged just 55.5 ppg over the last six games and has been held to 54 or fewer points four times during the span. The Crusaders are led by senior guard and Baltimore native Devin Brown with a 15.2 ppg average while connecting on 45-of-114 (.395) three-point tries. R.J. Evans averages 11.7 ppg and 4.3 rpg. For the season, Holy Cross is averaging 64.4 points per game and shooting 42.1 percent, while allowing 69.4 ppg and foes to shoot 43.0 percent.
SERIES
Holy Cross leads the series with Navy, 34-18, and has won three games in a row against the Midshipmen, sweeping last year's series and winning earlier this year in Worcester. Since the 2000-01 season, Holy Cross has won 22 of the last 26 meetings, including five of the last six contests. Since that same season, Navy is just 3-8 against the Crusaders in Alumni Hall. Navy's last win in the series came on Feb. 17, 2010, when O.J. Avworo scored 14 points with 13 assists in an 83-80 triumph in Alumni Hall.

Navy travels to the banks of the Hudson River and West Point's Christl Arena for a nationally-televised contest against Army on Saturday, Feb. 11, beginning at 2:30 pm. Army won the first meeting against the Midshipmen, 75-62 on Jan. 14. The second meeting between the two teams this year, the Star Game, has been called a sellout.
