ANNAPOLIS, Md. - The winners of the last three Patriot League Women's Basketball Tournament titles will face off Monday night in the semifinal round of the 2012 edition of the championship. Lehigh, winner of league crowns in 2009 and '10 and the No. 2 seed in this year's event, will play host to Navy, this season's No. 3 seed and the defending tournament champions, in a 7 p.m. game at Stabler Arena in Bethlehem, Pa.

Navy advanced to Monday's semifinal round for the fourth consecutive season -- only the Mids and Lehigh have reached at least the semifinal round of the tournament in each of the last four years -- with its 66-54 victory over No. 6 Colgate Saturday night in Alumni Hall.
Lehigh is appearing in the game thanks to its 63-47 victory over No. 7 Bucknell. The win was the fourth in a row for the Mountain Hawks.
Lehigh posted a pair of victories over Navy this season. The Mountain Hawks recorded a 50-46 win over the Mids in Annapolis and won a 57-48 decision nearly two weeks ago in Bethlehem.
The other semifinal game to be played Monday night as top-seeded American playing host to No. 5 Holy Cross.
The winners of Monday's semifinal round game will meet Saturday in the championship game.
