Mons, Belgium - Three former Naval Academy basketball players helped the Team USA All-Armed Forces squad to a third-place finish at the 2013 SHAPE International Basketball Tournament this past week in Belgium.

Jordan Sugars ('12), Romeo Garcia ('11) and Calvin White ('07) competed on Team USA this past week at the SHAPE Tournament. SHAPE is the Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe, which is the Headquarters of Allied Command Operations (ACO), one of NATO's two strategic military commands.

During the week, Team USA lost to Italy in pool play, 57-55, but rebounded to defeat Belgium, 80-31 and Kazakhstan, 104-55.

With its 2-1 pool play record, the team was placed into Saturday's bronze medal game, where it defeated Latvia, 97-73, to earn a third-place finish.

Lithuania defeated Italy in the championship game, 86-61.
