* Wednesday's game will be the 1,000th varsity game in Navy history. Now in their 37th varsity season (and 38th season of existence), the Mids have compiled a 543-456 record.
* Jade Geif was tabbed as this week's Patriot League Player of the Week. It was her first award of the season and fifth of her career. Geif received the nod after averaging 19.0 points and 11.0 rebounds a game against Boston U. and Army.
* Kara Pollinger also had a strong week last week. She scored 23 points against the Terriers before producing 19 points and a career-high eight assists against the Black Knights.
* Navy is 3-2 against Bucknell in games played in Lewisburg under head coach Stefanie Pemper. The three wins are the most of any Navy coach against the Bison on their home court.
* After the Mids defeated the Bison in Lewisburg by a total of seven points in 2011 and `12, Bucknell won a seven-point decision against Navy in `13.
